Hydro Amino is an amino acid-rich pre-workout that promotes increased muscle recovery, endurance, strength, and mental focus. Hydro Amino contains all 9 essential amino acids as well as added nitric oxide boosters and blood vessel dilators.

This means better blood flow to working muscles and improved muscle output and recovery between sets.

Hydro Amino contains Citrulline malate, which helps increase blood flow because your body converts it into L-arginine and then into nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is one of the chemicals that causes vasodilation, or widening of the blood vessels when you exercise.

Increasing NO levels relaxes the blood vessels, allowing them to widen or dilate. Dilated blood vessels deliver more blood flow to tissues like muscle fibers.

The two main benefits of greater blood flow to muscle fibers are (1) better exercise energy/endurance and (2) greater muscle pumps during workouts.

The greater endurance and energy is due to the fact that pushing more blood to working muscles delivers more oxygen and nutrients to them. Increased blood flow enhances muscle pump during workouts due to the fact that blood is more than 50% water. When you train, your muscle cells create waste products that pull water into them. With greater blood flowing to the muscles, there’s more water that the muscle cells can draw into them, resulting in a bigger muscle pump.

DIRECTION FOR USE:
