You may return any product to us within 7 days of the invoice date, provided it is still sealed and in original condition. Once we have received the product you will be contacted to provide your banking details for the refund of the product only. Courier fees that were paid when purchasing the product will not be refunded. The product will have to be sent back to us at your own cost, or we can arrange to have the product collected at a R50 shipping fee if in a Major Centre or R199 if in an Outlying Area. The collection cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once you have contact us and confirmed all the details for the return, products need to be returned to our head office:

no later than 7 days after receiving the product. We will arrange collection of the product with our courier provider. Once we have received the product you may exchange the item for another product or the full refund of the cost of the original product.
Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund before we have received the returned product.
