Great except for excessive sweetness, if you’re watching calorie/sugar intake this will make you feel like you’re chugging pure deep-fried bar-one, half the battle is convincing yourself that you won’t pick up 10kg from one shake , considering the taste(but I haven’t yet so good news there). You can fix it somewhat by adding a teaspoon of dutch cocoa for every half-scoop you use(extra cacao also puts the “double” in double chocolate)
