CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is a variation of the Omega-6 fatty acid called Linoleic acid. Studies have shown CLA to be a beneficial fat reducing fatty-acid as well as a documented cancer fighter but is best known for its ability to reduce body fat and increase lean muscle mass. Studies indicate that individuals using as little as 3200mg CLA daily lose fat coupled by a slight increase in lean muscle mass.

Directions for use:

As a nutritional supplement, take 1-2 CLA Softgels with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Dosage may be adjusted to suit individual requirements.
